In an industry first, Centrepoint Alliance, Australia’s largest non-institutional premium funder, is launching a major charity initiative.

For every online application funded through Centrepoint Alliance between 1 September and 31 January 2017, they will donate $10 from the application fee to two aligned charities.

Centrepoint Alliance is hoping to make a real difference by partnering with Mater Foundation – a group which provides crucial financial assistance to patients and families in need during life-changing and harrowing stages of their lives.

Nigel Harris, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Mater Foundation, said the organisation was sincerely grateful to Centrepoint Alliance for fulfilling their philanthropic goals through their support.

“Mater Foundation has an ongoing commitment to fund world-class research at Mater, as well as range of other healthcare services that benefit thousands of patients each year.

“It’s the generosity of corporate companies and individual donors which allows us to create a meaningful impact for patients treated at Mater.

Donations from applications made by all PSC Group Brokers and Authorised Representatives will go directly to the PSC Foundation to help support the group of companies in their charitable and community endeavours Australia-wide.

When launching the initiative Bob Dodd, CEO of Premium Funding, Centrepoint Alliance, said, “We wanted to find a way that we could help make a substantial difference to worthy causes in our community.

By linking the donations to funding contracts, this enables us to offer an uncapped donation amount. We believe this is the first arrangement of this type in the industry,” he said.

Centrepoint Alliance’s online application feature provides Brokers and their clients with a faster alternative to accepting and submitting contracts.
